Lifting Procedure definition

Lifting Procedure means the detailed regulation for lifting of NGL as described in Appendix C.
Lifting Procedure means the rules and procedures set forth in Annex D and attached to and forming part of this Contract.

Examples of Lifting Procedure in a sentence

  • Where a particular day or date is specified in this Condensate Lifting Procedure for receipt of nominations (article 3.4), and this day or date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, such nominations must be received by the Operator by the last Business Day prior to the day or date specified.

  • This Condensate Lifting Procedure sets out the operational regulation regarding the Shipper's and Nyhamna Joint Venture's rights and obligations given in the Terms and Conditions.

  • For the case of payment in kinds, the interest will be calculated from the date in which the crude oil delivery must be done according to the Lifting Procedure, Attachment I and until the date that the Crude Oil is available for the Contractor.

  • Such information shall include information related to the shipper authorised to act on behalf of the shippers with regards to notices in accordance with this Condensate Lifting Procedure.

  • The Secretary will notify the Contractor, with at least ninety (90) days in advance, the date of Crude Oil availability for the payment in kind, according to the Lifting Procedure, Attachment I.

Related to Lifting Procedure

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Life-giving procedure is defined as a medically-supervised procedure involving the testing, sampling, or donation of blood, platelets, organs, fluids, tissues, and other human body components for the purposes of donation, without compensation, to a person or organization for medically necessary treatments. Employees will provide reasonable advance notice and written proof from an accredited medical institution, physician or other medical professional that the employee participated in a life-giving procedure. Agencies may take into account program and staffing replacement requirements in the scheduling of leave for life-giving procedures.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures with respect to the Rights Offering that are approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order and shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Required Backstop Parties.

  • Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.

  • Security procedure means a procedure employed for the purpose of verifying that an electronic signature, record, or performance is that of a specific person or for detecting changes or errors in the information in an electronic record. The term includes a procedure that requires the use of algorithms or other codes, identifying words or numbers, encryption, or callback or other acknowledgment procedures.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;

  • Servicing Procedures means the servicing procedures of Ford Credit relating to retail installment sale contracts originated or purchased by Ford Credit as the procedures may change.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Variation Procedure means the procedure for carrying out a Variation as set out in Clause 16.1 (Variation Procedure);

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • Bidding Procedures Order means that certain order of the Bankruptcy Court, entitled “Order (A) Approving Sale Procedures and Bid Protections, Including Break-Up Fee(s), In Connection With Sale Of Substantially All Assets; (B) Scheduling An Auction For And Hearing To Approve One Or More Sales; (C) Approving Notice Of Respective Date, Time And Place For Auction And For Hearing On Approval Of Sale(s),” entered on January 16, 2009.
