Limited Expenses definition

Limited Expenses means the Common Expenses described as such in Section 3314(c) of the Act as modified by Section 2.4 of this Declaration.
Limited Expenses means the following expenses of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company: 1.24.1 all insurance costs incurred by the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, including any costs to obtain liability or other insurance to indemnify the Manager and underwriters of any securities of the Company; 1.24.2 expenses connected with payments of dividends or interest or distributions in any other form made or caused to be made by the Board of Directors to holders of the securities of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company; 1.24.3 all expenses of third parties connected with communications to holders of equity securities or debt securities of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company and the other bookkeeping and clerical work necessary in maintaining relations with holders of such securities and in complying with the continuous reporting and other requirements of governmental bodies or agencies, including any costs of computer services in connection with this function, the cost of printing and mailing certificates for such securities and proxy solicitation materials and reports to holders of the Company's or any subsidiary's securities and reports to third parties required under any indenture to which the Company or any subsidiary of the Company is a party; 1

No part of Lessee’s central office overhead or general or administrative expense (as opposed to that of the Hotel), and no operating expenses paid or payable by tenants under Space Leases, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses, as herein provided. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of Lessee incurred for the account of or in connection with the Hotel operations, including but not limited to postage, telephone charges and reasonable travel expenses of employees, officers and other representatives and consultants of Lessee and its Affiliates, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses and such Persons shall be afforded reasonable accommodations, food, beverages, laundry, valet and other such services by and at the Hotel without charge to such Persons or Lessee.

  • O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) insurance premium, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under the O&M Contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement.

  • Planned Expenditures shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term Excess Cash Flow.

  • Exploration Costs means costs incurred in identifying areas that may warrant examination and in examining specific areas that are considered to have prospects that may contain oil and gas reserves, including costs of drilling exploratory wells and exploratory type stratigraphic test wells. Exploration costs may be incurred both before acquiring the related property and after acquiring the property.
