Linked Agreement definition

Linked Agreement means another agreement with us that is linked to this agreement (i.e. a “bundle”) in a way defined as a bundle in Ofcom’s General Conditions of Entitlement effective from 17th June 2022;
Linked Agreement means any other Transfer and Agency Agreement between the Reclaim Fund and any other Participating Institution.
Linked Agreement means the Notes, the Deed of Covenant, the USD A Restricted Global Note Certificate, the USD A Unrestricted Global Note Certificate, the Agency Agreement and any other agreement entered into in connection with the issue of the Notes.
