Liquidating Plan definition

Liquidating Plan means the chapter 11 plan and all exhibits, supplements, appendices, and schedules, which plan shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Liquidating Debtors.
Liquidating Plan means the Plan of Liquidation dated ----------------- February 26, 2004 and filed with the Bankruptcy Court, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented, in the Cases.
