Liquidation Funds definition

Liquidation Funds means a total of approximately $302 million, comprised of (a) the Winddown Funds and (b) the Prefunded Amount. The Liquidation Funds are subject to the Government DIP Lenders' Liens under the DIP Credit Agreement and the DIP Financing Order and are otherwise unencumbered.
