Liquidity Facility Documents definition

Liquidity Facility Documents has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.15.
Liquidity Facility Documents means the Liquidity Facility, the Reimbursement Agreement and any documents, agreements and/or instruments (including any security documents) executed and/or delivered in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Liquidity Facility Documents means the Liquidity Facility, the Reimbursement Agreement and any documents, agreements and/or instruments (including any security documents) executed and/or delivered in connection with the issuance of a Series of Bonds.

  • Such notice shall also constitute the notice of mandatory tender of the Bonds on the related Liquidity Facility Date; provided, however, that in addition to the information required by Section 3.10(d), such notice shall state that such mandatory tender of the Bonds will not occur if, on or prior to the proposed Liquidity Facility Date, the Tender Agent does not receive such Liquidity Facility, together with the Supporting Liquidity Facility Documents (as defined in paragraph (e) below).
