List of Service Charges definition

List of Service Charges means the Bank's list of service charges and fees (which is given to the Cardholder and forms an integral part of this Agreement) applicable from time to time subject to revision by the Bank at its absolute discretion.
List of Service Charges means in relation to the Facility and Account the Bank's list of service charges (which is available or given to the Borrower and forms an integral part of this Agreement) applicable from time to time subject to revision by the Bank at its absolute discretion.
List of Service Charges. ’ means the Bank’s list of service charges (which is given to the Customer and forms an integral part of this Agreement) applicable from time to time subject to revision by the Bank at its absolute discretion

Examples of List of Service Charges in a sentence

  • A replacement card charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) for replacement of each Card shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account.

  • A late charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account if the Minimum Payment is not paid on or before the Payment Due Date.

  • An overlimit handling charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account on a monthly basis whenever there is a record within each Monthly Card Statement cycle that when the Card Account balance (excluding Finance Charge and other fees and charges) exceeds the Credit Limit.

  • A copy charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each copy of a Card Account record, Monthly Card Statement, Sales Slip, Credit Slip, direct debit authorisation form or otherwise requested by the Cardholder.

  • An Over-the-Counter Payment Fee at Branch at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each payment made over the counter of the Bank’s branches.

  • A rejected autopay transaction charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each direct debit or autopay instruction (against an account other than the Card Account) which is returned unpaid.

  • The Card Account shall be automatically renewed on the expiry of a 12-month period (from the date the Card is issued) and an Annual Fee or a Renewal Fee (if applicable under the Bank's existing policy at the relevant time) at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account on the anniversary of the account open day.

  • A dispute transaction handling charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each request in dealing with a disputed Transaction.

  • A credit balance refund charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for any withdrawal of the available credit balance from a Card Account in form of a cashier's order; and, where necessary, an applicable postage charge will also be imposed and both such charges will be debited by the Bank against the credit balance of the Card Account prior to issuance of a cashier's order.

  • A bounced cheque charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each cheque payment to the Card Account which is not honoured.

  • Cost of Services is FASC’s total Operating Costs incurred in providing the applicable Category of Services during the month to all investment advisers for which FASC provides that Category of Services. “Adviser’s Assets under Management” is the total average assets under management for the month for all Accounts or portions thereof for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser or subadvisor and which utilize the Category of Services.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Out of service means that process established under the motor carrier safety act of 1963, 1963 PA 181, MCL 480.11 to 480.25.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Service Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
