List of Service Charges definition

List of Service Charges means the Bank's list of service charges and fees (which is given to the Cardholder and forms an integral part of this Agreement) applicable from time to time subject to revision by the Bank at its absolute discretion.

Examples of List of Service Charges in a sentence

  • A late charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account if the Minimum Payment is not paid on or before the Payment Due Date.

  • A replacement card charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) for replacement of each Card shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account.

  • An overlimit handling charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account on a monthly basis whenever there is a record within each Monthly Card Statement cycle that when the Card Account balance (excluding Finance Charge and other fees and charges) exceeds the Credit Limit.

  • The Managing CEO shall inform all existing Employees, Consultants and Contractors of the policy and their role in the implementation and monitoring of the policy.

  • The Bank reserves the absolute right to add to, delete from and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions of Fixed Term Personal Loan, Confirmation Letter, the Bank’s List of Service Charges (as the case may be) and applicable fees and charges at any time upon giving you one month's notice save for exceptional circumstances.

  • Express payment is specifically charged in line with the List of Service Charges.

  • A foreign exchange conversion surcharge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges shall be imposed for completing foreign exchange conversion as provided in Clause 19.

  • A copy charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account for each copy of a Card Account record, Monthly Card Statement, Sales Slip, Credit Slip, direct debit authorisation form or otherwise requested by the Cardholder.

  • An overdue fee at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account in the event that the Minimum Payment is not paid on or before the Payment Due Dates for two (2) or more consecutive months each time.

  • The Card Account shall be automatically renewed on the expiry of a 12-month period (from the date the Card is issued) and an Annual Fee or a Renewal Fee (if applicable under the Bank's existing policy at the relevant time) at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account on the anniversary of the account open day.

  • Cost of Services is FASC’s total Operating Costs incurred in providing the applicable Category of Services during the month to all investment advisers for which FASC provides that Category of Services. “Adviser’s Assets under Management” is the total average assets under management for the month for all Accounts or portions thereof for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser or subadvisor and which utilize the Category of Services.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing means amounts paid to

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Service Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;
