Listing Undertaking definition

Listing Undertaking means the undertaking (in the form set out in Appendix 2) by an issuer to the Exchange specifying the continuing obligations which the issuer undertakes to comply with as a condition of listing.

More Definitions of Listing Undertaking

Listing Undertaking means the undertaking (in the form set out in Appendix 4) by anIssuer to CTSE;

Related to Listing Undertaking

  • Managing Underwriter means, with respect to any Underwritten Offering, the book-running lead manager of such Underwritten Offering.

  • Piggyback Registration shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.2.1.

  • Underwritten Offering means a Registration in which securities of the Company are sold to an Underwriter in a firm commitment underwriting for distribution to the public.

  • Underwritten Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).

  • Requesting Holder shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Listing Date means the first date upon which any security of the Company is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system if such securities exchange or interdealer quotation system has been certified in accordance with the provisions of Section 25100(o) of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968.

  • Listing means the listing of the shares of Common Stock on a national securities exchange.
