LNGCo TUA definition

LNGCo TUA means any terminal use agreement entered into between LNGCo and Sabine pursuant to the LNGCo CRA.
LNGCo TUA means a Terminal Use Agreement entered into between LNGCo and Sabine pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Agreement. “Natural Gas” means any hydrocarbon or mixture of hydrocarbons consisting predominantly of methane which is in a gaseous state. “Non-Disclosing Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7.
LNGCo TUA has the meaning set forth in the Capacity Rights Agreement.

  • As specified in Section 3.3 of the LNGCo CRA, LNGCo shall have the right but not the obligation to enter into an LNGCo TUA, which option may be exercised by written notice (an “LNGCo TUA Exercise Notice”) provided by LNGCo to each of Sabine and CMI in accordance with the LNGCo CRA.

  • Life-of-the-unit, firm power contractual arrangement means a unit participation power sales agreement under which a utility or industrial customer reserves, or is entitled to receive, a specified amount or percentage of nameplate capacity and associated energy from any specified unit and pays its proportional amount of such unit's total costs, pursuant to a contract:
