Loan Documentation definition

Loan Documentation means all Loan files and all documents included in Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ file or imaging system with respect to a Loan, including loan applications, notes, security agreements, deeds of trust, collectors notes, appraisals, credit reports, disclosures, titles to collateral, verifications (including employment verification, deposit verification, etc.), mortgages, loan agreements, including building and loan agreements, guarantees, pledge agreements, financing statements, intercreditor agreements, participation agreements, sureties and insurance policies (including title insurance policies) and all modifications, waivers and consents relating to any of the foregoing.
Loan Documentation means all loan and credit agreements, promissory notes, debentures, mortgages or deeds of trust, security agreements, and other documentation evidencing or representing any Loans and any Encumbrances securing the same.

Examples of Loan Documentation in a sentence

  • Any provision of any Margin Loan Documentation held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability without affecting the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions thereof; and the invalidity of a particular provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not invalidate such provision in any other jurisdiction.

  • The parties further acknowledge and agree that the Margin Loan Documentation collectively constitutes a “master netting agreement” within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • In addition, all obligations under or in connection with the Margin Loan Documentation represent obligations in respect of “termination values,” “payment amounts” or “other transfer obligations” within the meaning of Sections 362 and 561 of the Bankruptcy Code.

More Definitions of Loan Documentation

Loan Documentation means the Club Loan Agreement and all other Finance Documents (as defined in the Club Loan Agreement).
