Local 200 definition

Local 200 means Local 200, National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW).
Local 200 means Local 200, Unifor. "Local 584" shall mean Local 584, Unifor. "Local 707" shall mean Local 707, Unifor. "Local 1087" shall mean local 1087, Unifor.   • For 2020, Plan Sponsor B offers its employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Local 100 a traditional group health plan (as required by the collective bargaining agreement), and its employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Local 200 each an HRA on the same terms (as required by the collective bargaining agreement).

  • The same terms requirement of paragraph (c)(3) of this section is satisfied in this paragraph (f)(1)(ii) (Example 2) because the employees covered by the collective bargaining agreements with the two separate bargaining units (Local 100 and Local 200) may be treated as two different classes of employees and Plan Sponsor B offers an HRA on the same terms to the participants covered by the agreement with Local 200.
