Either party may change its account for receiving a payment or delivery by giving notice to the other party at least five Local Business Days prior to the scheduled date for the payment or delivery to which such change applies unless such other party gives timely notice of a reasonable objection to such change.

If Party B fails to accept or dispute the Confirmation in the manner set forth above within two Local Business Days after it was effectively sent to Party B, the Confirmation shall be deemed to correctly reflect the parties’ agreement on the terms of the Transaction referred to therein, absent manifest error.
In the event the verification procedures set forth above indicate that there is a deficiency in the amount of Eligible Collateral that has been posted to the Secured Party, the Pledgor shall post the amount of Eligible Collateral necessary to cure such deficiency to the Secured Party within three Local Business Days.
