Local Calling Area is a geographically defined area as established by the effective tariffs of CenturyLink as approved by the Commission.
Additional Transportation Cost means the actual cost incurred for one-way Economy Transportation by Common Carrier reduced by the value of an unused travel ticket.
Taxicab driver means an individual who uses a taxicab to provide transportation services to potential passengers.
local authority area means a local authority area as defined in section 1 of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992);
Reciprocal Compensation As defined under 47 C.F.R. §51

Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

Your local utility will continue to deliver your gas, read your meter, send you a bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM Energy is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM Energy’s acts, omissions, or representations. Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.5990 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $2.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.
Local Labour means skilled, semi-skilled workers of all trades engaged by the Contractor on the Site for the purpose of or in connection with the Contract or engaged full time by the Contractor off the site for the Purpose of or in connection with the Contract (by way of illustration but not limitation: workers engaged full time in any office, store, workshop or quarry).

Relocation costs include only such costs that are incurred during the ninety-day period immediately following the commencement of the relocation to an eli- gible premises. Relocation costs do not include costs for structural or capital improve- ments or items purchased in connection with the relocation.
Local Loop refers to a transmission facility between the main distribution frame [cross-connect], or its equivalent, in a Sprint Central Office or wire center, and up to the demarcation point (e.g. Network Interface Device) at a customer’s premises, to which CLEC is granted exclusive use. This includes all electronics, optronics and intermediate devices (including repeaters and load coils) used to establish the transmission path to the customer premises. Local loops include copper loops, hybrid loops, FTTH loops, DS1 loops, DS3 loops and Dark Fiber Loops.

Project labor agreement means an agreement by which labor organizations agree to terms and conditions of employment, to cooperate in resolving labor disputes, and to maintain labor peace on the Project.
Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments means all dues, fees, assessments and other charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeowners association or similar organization.

Fat wood means pieces of wood kindling with high naturally-occurring levels of sap or resin which enhance ignition of the kindling. “Fat wood” does not include any kindling with substances added to enhance flammability, such as wax-covered or wax-impregnated wood-based products.
Transportation Costs means costs of travel as a fare paying passenger in any Common Carrier Conveyance other than a taxicab.
Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
