Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.
Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;
Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.
Widely Held Fixed Investment Trust as that term is defined in Treasury Regulations section 1.671-5(b)(22) or successor provisions.
Hypothetical Investor means a hypothetical or actual investor (as determined by the Calculation Agent in the context of the relevant situation) in Fund Interests which is deemed to have the benefits and obligations, as provided in the relevant Fund Documents, of an investor holding Fund Interests at the relevant time. The Hypothetical Investor may be deemed by the Calculation Agent to be resident or organised in any jurisdiction, and to be, without limitation, the Issuer, the Calculation Agent or any of their affiliates (as determined by the Calculation Agent in the context of the relevant situation).
Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.

Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
Investment Vehicles means any investment company or pooled investment fund, including, but not limited to, mutual fund families, exchange-traded funds, fund of funds and hedge funds, in which a Defendant has or may have a direct or indirect interest, or as to which its affiliates may act as an investment advisor, but of which a Defendant or its respective affiliates is not a majority owner or does not hold a majority beneficial interest.
Investment Securities means any of the following:
Capital investment means an investment in real property, personal property, or both, at a
Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.
Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.
PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
Registered Investment Company means any one or more corporations, partnerships or trusts registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for which Fidelity Management and Research Company serves as investment advisor.
Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.
Qualified investment has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(1) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules.
Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.
Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.
Alternative Investment Vehicle means an entity created in accordance with the Operative Documents of a Borrower to make investments and that has the right to call on Capital Commitments directly from Investors.
Qualified Investments means any of the following if and to the extent permitted by law:
Nonpurpose Investment means any investment property, as defined in section 148(b) of the Code, in which Gross Proceeds of the Bonds are invested and which is not acquired to carry out the governmental purposes of the Bonds.
Control Investment Affiliate as to any Person, any other Person that (a) directly or indirectly, is in control of, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person and (b) is organized by such Person primarily for the purpose of making equity or debt investments in one or more companies. For purposes of this definition, “control” of a Person means the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person whether by contract or otherwise.
