Lot Assessment definition

Lot Assessment means the fee that is collected from each Class “A” Member who owns real property in Section A, B, C or D.
Lot Assessment means the assessments on individual Strata Lots within a strata development that may be levied by an Association from time to time to meet anticipated expenditures and as permitted under these Regulations;
Lot Assessment means and refer to any assessment charged to a particular Owner pursuant to this Declaration for services and costs which relate especially to that Owner’s Lot.

Examples of Lot Assessment in a sentence

  • If the Common Property is damaged by any Owner or occupant, his/her family, guests, or invitees, then the Board may levy a Lot Assessment against such Owner for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.

  • The Board may levy a Lot Assessment in the nature of a fine reasonably determined by the Board against the Lot of any Owner who violates the Rules, the Association Documents or any provision of this Declaration, or who suffers or permits his/her family members, guests, invitees or tenants to violate such Rules, the Association Documents, or provisions of this Declaration.

Lot Assessment means an assessment that the Board may levy against one or more Lots to reimburse the Association for costs incurred on behalf of those Lot(s), including, without limitation, costs associated with making repairs that are the responsibility of the Owners of those Lots; costs of additional insurance premiums specifically allocable to an Owner; costs of any utility expenses chargeable to an Owner but not separately billed by the utility company; and all other charges reasonably determined to be a Lot Assessment by the Board.
Lot Assessment means the charge placed by special assessment procedures on each lot or homestead which has frontage on the sewer/water system being considered. A homestead is one or more lots which are contiguous and being utilized as if it were one lot.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.
