In the diagram below, if the owner of Lot A owns both Lot B and Lot C, and Lot A is qualified for a principal residence exemption, and both lots B and C are classified residential or timber cutover and unoccupied (unoccupied means no habitable dwelling) then Lot C is contiguous to Lot A through Lot B.
