  • This termination right may only be exercised with respect to the particular Program Element impacted by the loss of necessary licensure or certification; or Immediately upon written notice to LPHA, if OHA determines that LPHA or any of its Subcontractors have endangered or are endangering the health or safety of an LPHA Client or others in performing the Program Element services covered in this Agreement.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.
