LTIP Amounts definition

LTIP Amounts means any portion of the compensation attributable to a Plan Year that is earned by a Participant as an Employee under any Employer’s long-term incentive plan or any other long-term incentive arrangement designated by the Committee.
LTIP Amounts means any cash portion of the compensation attributable to a Plan Year that is earned by a Participant under any Employer’s incentive program for a performance period greater than one year. LTIP Amounts shall be calculated before reduction for compensation voluntarily deferred or contributed by the Participant pursuant to all qualified or nonqualified plans of the Employer and shall be calculated to include amounts not otherwise included in the Participant’s gross income under Code Sections 125, 402(e)(3), 402(h), or 403(b) pursuant to plans established by the Employer; provided, however, that all such amounts will be included in compensation only to the extent that had there been no such plan, the amount would have been payable in cash to the Employee.
LTIP Amounts means any portion of the compensation attributable to a Plan Year that is earned by a Participant under any Employer's long-term incentive plan or any other long-term incentive arrangement that is designated by the Committee, in its sole discretion, from time to time as eligible for deferral under the Plan.

Examples of LTIP Amounts in a sentence

  • A Participant shall at all times be 100% vested in his or her deferrals of Base Salary, Bonus, Commissions, LTIP Amounts and Director's Fees.

  • For each Plan Year in which an Annual Deferral Amount is being withheld from a Participant, the Participant’s Employer(s) shall withhold from that portion of the Participant’s Base Salary, Bonus, Commissions and/or LTIP Amounts that is not being deferred, in a manner determined by the Employer(s), the Participant’s share of FICA and other employment taxes on such Annual Deferral Amount.

  • The Bonus, Commissions, LTIP Amounts and/or Director Fees portion of the Annual Deferral Amount shall be withheld at the time the Bonus, Commissions, LTIP Amounts or Director Fees are or otherwise would be paid to the Participant, whether or not this occurs during the Plan Year itself.

  • When a Participant becomes vested in a portion of his or her Account Balance attributable to any Company Matching Amounts and/or Company Contribution Amounts, the Participant's Employer(s) shall withhold from that portion of the Participant's Base Salary, Bonus, Commissions and/or LTIP Amounts that is not deferred, in a manner determined by the Employer(s), the Participant's share of FICA and other employment taxes on such amounts.


More Definitions of LTIP Amounts

LTIP Amounts means any portion of the compensation attributable to a Plan Year that is denominated in cash and is earned by a Participant under any long-term incentive arrangement maintained by the Company or an Employer and designated by the Committee, in each case to the extent deferral of such award is permitted by the Committee.
LTIP Amounts means any compensation payable to a Participant as an Employee under any Employer’s long-term incentive plan or any other long-term incentive arrangement designated by the Committee which is eligible for deferral in accordance with Article 3, and includes payments made under the Hormel Foods Corporation Long Term Incentive Plan.
