Lux Security Documents means each of the Luxembourg Share Pledge Agreements and the Luxembourg Receivables Pledge Agreements.

Lux Security Documents means the following Luxembourg law governed agreements: (i) Lux Receivables Pledge Agreements, dated the Closing Date, between the Loan Parties formed under the laws of the Duchy of Luxembourg and the Collateral Trustee on behalf of the Secured Parties (as defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement) and (ii) the Lux Share Pledge Agreements.

Lux Security Documents means the following Luxembourg law governed agreements: (a) a share pledge agreement dated as of the Closing Date and made between the Irish Sub Holdco, as pledgor and the Collateral Agent over 100% of the pledgor’s shares in Lux Holdco; (b) a share pledge agreement dated as of the Closing Date and made between Lux Holdco, as pledgor and the Collateral Agent over 100% of the pledgor’s shares in the Lux Borrower; (c) a share pledge agreement dated as of the Closing Date and made between the Lux Borrower, as pledgor and the Collateral Agent over 100% of the pledgor’s shares in the Lux Sub Xxxxx (together with the share pledge agreements described under clauses (a) and (b) above, collectively referred to as the “Lux Share Pledge Agreements”); (d) a receivables pledge agreement dated as of the Closing Date and made between the Lux Borrower and the Collateral Agent over certain claims of the Lux Borrower in any present or future Intercompany Proceeds Loans (the “Lux Borrower Receivables Pledge Agreement”); and (e) a receivables pledge agreement dated as of the Closing Date and made between Lux Sub Xxxxx and the Collateral Agent over certain claims of Lux Sub Xxxxx in any present or future Intercompany Proceeds Loans (the “Lux Sub Xxxxx Receivables Pledge Agreement” and together with the Lux Borrower Receivables Pledge Agreement, the “Lux Receivables Pledge Agreements”).
