Resort means the complete and entire Burswood Island Resort (including the Resort Complex) referred to in the Development Proposals, to be constructed and developed on the Site and the Resort Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
Macau means the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC.
Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Pier means any structure extending into navigable waters from the shore with water on both sides, built or maintained for the purpose of providing a berth for watercraft or for loading or unloading cargo or passengers onto or from watercraft. Such a structure may include a boat shelter which is removed season- ally. Such a structure may include a boat hoist or boat lift, and the hoist or lift may be permanent or may be removed seasonally.
Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.
Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;
Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;
Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.
Tavern means an on-premise beer retailer who is:
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle by the Broadcaster and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;
Houseboat means a powered vessel containing living accommodation, usually flat- bottomed and used in navigation.
CFD means a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
Airport lounge means a business location:
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Tribal or “Tribe” shall mean the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin.
Tourism means economic activity resulting from tourists, which may include sales of overnight lodging, meals, tours, gifts, or souvenirs.
Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.
Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.
Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
Lagoon means a naturally existing coastal zone depression which is below mean high water and which has permanent or ephemeral communications with the sea, but which is protected from the sea by some type of naturally existing barrier. [Section 373.403(16), F.S.]
Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.
Anchorage means the system by which the seat assembly is secured to the vehicle structure, including the affected parts of the vehicle structure;
