Main Station License definition

Main Station License means a main station license issued by the FCC authorizing a Station's primary transmissions, and not any auxiliary licenses held by such Station.
Main Station License means the Station License issued under part 73 of the rules promulgated by the FCC under the Communications Laws that relate to the Station.

  • No default by any Obligor exists under any Main Station License to which it is a party and no event has occurred or exists which, with notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute a default by any Obligor thereunder and each such Main Station License has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by each Obligor party thereto and is in full force and effect and has not been amended or modified except as disclosed in writing to Agent.

  • The Main Station License is in full force and effect, and such License is not subject to any conditions outside the ordinary course (other than conditions appearing on the face of such Licenses), and the License Sub is the authorized holder thereof.

Related to Main Station License

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.

  • Transmission License means the license granted by the Appropriate Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under The Electricity Act, 2003;

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • Distribution Licence means a licence issued under section 6(c) of the Electricity Xxx 0000;

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • FCC Licenses means a License issued or granted by the FCC.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Transmission Licence means a licence granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act;

  • broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.

  • Transmission Licensee means any person who is authorised by a Transmission Licence to transmit electricity, acting in that capacity;

  • IP License means all Contractual Obligations (and all related IP Ancillary Rights), whether written or oral, granting any right, title and interest in or relating to any Intellectual Property.

  • Copyleft License means any license that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of software subject to such license, that such software subject to such license, or other software incorporated into, derived from, or used or distributed with such software subject to such license (i) in the case of software, be made available or distributed in a form other than binary (e.g., source code form), (ii) be licensed for the purpose of preparing derivative works, (iii) be licensed under terms that allow the Company’s or any Subsidiary of the Company’s products or portions thereof or interfaces therefor to be reverse engineered, reverse assembled or disassembled (other than by operation of Law) or (iv) be redistributable at no license fee. Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;
