Maintenance and Instruction Manuals definition

Maintenance and Instruction Manuals means the manuals prepared by the Vendor and delivered to the Owner pursuant to subsection 2.21 containing detailed procedures and specifications for the ongoing maintenance of the System.
Maintenance and Instruction Manuals mean the manuals listed in Exhibit P and prepared by the Vendor and delivered to the Owner pursuant to Section 9.
Maintenance and Instruction Manuals means the manuals prepared by Vendor and delivered to Cricket pursuant to Section 7.

Examples of Maintenance and Instruction Manuals in a sentence

  • The Maintenance and Instruction Manuals must include the volumes compiled by the Vendor containing all as-built Subcontractor furnished product data.

  • The Maintenance and Instruction Manuals will be prepared in accordance with the Specifications and in sufficient detail to accurately represent the System and all of its component System Elements as constructed and will set forth procedures for inspection and maintenance.

  • Maintenance and Instruction Manuals with up to date (but not "as-built") drawings, specifications and design sheets will be available for the Training set forth in subsection 2.23.

  • All Maintenance and Instruction Manuals will be provided in CD-ROM format (other than certain engineering drawings that are not practical to place on CD-Rom format).

  • Maintenance and Instruction Manuals with up-to-date drawings, specifications and design sheets will be available for the Training set forth in subsection 2.23.

  • The Maintenance and Instruction Manuals will be prepared in accordance with the relevant Specifications and in sufficient detail to accurately represent the Products and all of their material components as constructed and will set forth procedures for inspection and maintenance.

  • RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Authorized Instructions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.5.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
