Maintenance Day definition

Maintenance Day means a Day, as notified in advance by MDL on the MDL IX in accordance with section 4, on which Scheduled Maintenance on the Maui Pipeline is intended to occur.
Maintenance Day means a Day, as notified in advance by TSP on the TSP IX in accordance with section 4, on which Scheduled Maintenance on the Maui Pipeline is intended to occur.
