Maintenance Losses definition

Maintenance Losses has the meaning given in clause 3.2; Maintenance Month has the meaning given in clause 3.2; Monthly Tolerance Cap means the limit for each Pricing Zone on the tolerance available to be used by access holders in that Pricing Zone in that Month as determined from time to time by ARTC in accordance with clause 3.3(a);
