Monthly Tolerance Cap definition

Monthly Tolerance Cap means the limit for each Pricing Zone on the monthly tolerance available to be used by access holders in that Pricing Zone in that Month as determined from time to time by ARTC having regard to Available Capacity; in accordance with clause 3.3(a); Mtpa means metric (million) tonnes per annum;
