Maintenance NTP1 definition

Maintenance NTP1 has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the CMA.
Maintenance NTP1 means a written notice issued by TxDOT to Maintenance Contractor authorizing Maintenance Contractor to proceed with the Maintenance Services for the Initial Maintenance Term and establishing the date of commencement of the Initial Maintenance Term.
Maintenance NTP1 shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement.

  • As soon as possible after issuance of Maintenance NTP1, TxDOT and Maintenance Contractor shall jointly select a third-party facilitator to conduct the partnering meetings.

  • Contractor shall submit the Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) to TxDOT for review and approval in its discretion no later than 60 days after issuance of Maintenance NTP1.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.
