Initial Maintenance Term definition

Initial Maintenance Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Maintenance Term

Initial Maintenance Term means the period of time identified as such in the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise set forth in the Purchase Order or agreed to by the Parties, the Initial Maintenance Term shall be one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Purchase Order.
Initial Maintenance Term shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 to the CMA.
Initial Maintenance Term means the Maintenance Services period beginning on the applicable Order Form Effective Date and ending on the Initial Maintenance Term end date as set forth in such Order Form.

Related to Initial Maintenance Term

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program.   • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during business hours. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission of the Bank.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
