Initial Maintenance Term definition

Initial Maintenance Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • TxDOT shall release the Retained Security Amount or letter of credit, as applicable, to DB Contractor upon the provision of the Maintenance Security required under Section 3.2 of the CMA General Conditions, which shall be no later than 120 days prior to the Initial Maintenance Term Commencement Date.

  • The Initial Maintenance Term shall commence one year after Final Acceptance of the Project to be constructed in accordance with the Design-Build Agreement (the “Initial Maintenance Term Commencement Date”), and shall continue for a period of five years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Capital Maintenance Agreement.

  • DB Contractor shall procure and keep in effect, or cause to be procured and kept in effect with DB Contractor as a named insured, as appropriate, the insurance policies required in accordance with this Section 3.3, not later than 10 days prior to the Initial Maintenance Term Commencement Date, and shall maintain such insurance at all times during the Maintenance Period.


More Definitions of Initial Maintenance Term

Initial Maintenance Term means the period of time identified as such in the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise set forth in the Purchase Order or agreed to by the Parties, the Initial Maintenance Term shall be one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Purchase Order.

Related to Initial Maintenance Term

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Emergency Maintenance means all maintenance performed when a Cloud Service Request demands immediate, unplanned attention, as reasonably determined by Hexagon.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;
