Maintenance Services Fee definition

Maintenance Services Fee means the fee to be paid by Customer to receive the Maintenance Services.

Examples of Maintenance Services Fee in a sentence

  • The Maintenance Services Fee is exclusive of all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes including, without limitation, sales, use, property, value added, goods and services, excise, and similar taxes, and all such taxes shall be assumed and paid by Customer, excluding taxes on Bosch’s net income.

  • Bosch may change (increase or decrease) the Maintenance Services Fee upon written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such change.

More Definitions of Maintenance Services Fee

Maintenance Services Fee means: the amount set out in Schedule 1; or an amount specified by the ESCO relating to the provision of Maintenance Services for additional EPC Solutions.

Related to Maintenance Services Fee

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
