Maintenance Services Fee definition

Maintenance Services Fee means the fee to be paid by Customer to receive the Maintenance Services.
Maintenance Services Fee is defined in Section 2.1(b).

  • All Maintenance Services Fee payments shall be in the currency of the license fee paid for the Software.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
