Maintenance Specification definition

Maintenance Specification means Exhibit 2 to the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance Specification

Maintenance Specification means the specifications in Schedule 2. Maintenance Work means work to maintain the quarry Haulage Route as described in the Maintenance Specification, to be carried out by the Developer over the life of the quarry operation. Maintenance Completion Date means 6 months after the date of the Council’s notice in clause 4.3(e). Party means a party to this Agreement, including their successors and assigns.   • Service Specification means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract, as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and specifications affecting the work or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet the design criteria.
