Maintenance Standard definition

Maintenance Standard means the standard of maintenance of Improvements established from time to time by the Board or, in the absence of any standard established by the Board, the standard of maintenance of Improvements generally prevailing throughout the Project.

  • The Maintenance Plan shall specifically identify the procedures and criteria that are used to comply with each Maintenance Standard.

Maintenance Standard means maintenance in good repair in an attractive and clean condition in accordance with such standards and guidelines as established by the Lessor and if there is no such standards then in accordance with such international standard applicable to real estate project of the same significance and size as well as any requirements of this Agreement and will include, without limitation: (a) compliance with recommended warranty and maintenance procedures of manufacturers and installers; (b) regular and timely removal of litter, trash and waste; (c) maintenance of buildings, structural components, mechanical facilities and lighting in good working order and repair; (d) keeping walks, driveways, ramps, stairwells and all other facilities clean and in good repair including maintaining surface areas in a smooth condition by re-patching holes and resurfacing from time to time; and (e) repainting stripes (indicating parking spaces and/or traffic lanes) as necessary from time to time;
Maintenance Standard means the standard of maintenance for the Park as contemplated in the Operations and Maintenance Manual, but in no event less than the standard of maintenance for the Park in effect as of the Effective Date or that described in Exhibit C.
Maintenance Standard shall have the meaning set forth in 11.1.1. 1.1.90 “MAJOR SUBLEASE” shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 11.1.1. 1.1.91 “MAJOR SUBLESSEE” shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 1.1.92 “MATERIAL MODIFICATION” shall mean a modification to the Redevelopment Work (or other Alterations, as applicable) with respect to which any one of the following applies: (1) the total cost of the modifications exceeds one percent (1%) of the total estimated construction cost of the Redevelopment Work (or the other Alterations that are then proposed to be constructed by Lessee); (2) the proposed modification is structural in nature; (3) the modification materially affects or is visible from the exterior of the Improvements; (4) the modification is not in compliance with the Permitted Uses under this Lease; or (5) the modification (a) changes the total square footage of the Improvements by more than two percent (2%), (b) reduces the number of parking spaces, except for a corresponding reduction in the number of parking spaces required for the Improvements (based on parking ratios required under Applicable Law, without variance) resulting from a reduction in the square footage of the Improvements, or (c) changes the size, configuration or number of anchorage slips or end-ties.
Maintenance Standard means the standards for the care and Maintenance of Improvements situated on Lots or Parcels established from time to time by the Board or, in the absence of any standard established by the Board, the standard of care and Maintenance of Improvements situated on Lots or Parcels generally prevailing throughout Las Residencias.
Maintenance Standard. Means the requirements for maintaining, repairing, and renewing the Facility:• As set forth in the Operation &MaintenanceManual; bidder shall provide this at the time of commissioning of the project.• Required pursuant to applicable Law;• As may be necessary for keeping the facility in a satisfactory working condition such that the Facility will continuously comply with the Operation Standard; and• As may be necessary to ensure that the Facility shall continuously be in an optimum working condition and state in relation with the lifetime of the Facility.
