Standard of Maintenance. CUSTOMER shall maintain all irrigation water distribution facilities downstream of the point of delivery at current and then existing standards equal to the maintenance standards for comparable utility facilities maintained by the CITY.
Standard of Maintenance. Each Shipowner shall keep its Mortgaged Ship and Mortgaged Linkspans (if any) in a good and efficient state of repair so as (in the case of each Ship) to entitle such Ship to its Classification with a Classification Society free of any requirement or recommendation affecting class which has not been complied with in accordance with its terms and (in the case of each Ship and Linkspan) so as to comply with all material legislation of the Flag State and all other legislation, regulations and requirements of any government, governmental agency or other regulatory authority (statutory or otherwise) from time to time applicable to such Ship and Linkspans. Each Shipowner shall procure that all appropriate repairs to or replacements of any damaged, worn or lost parts or equipment are carried out (both as regards workmanship and quality of materials) so as not to diminish the value or class of its Mortgaged Ship or Mortgaged Linkspans.
Standard of Maintenance. The City shall cause the Amenity Maintenance Obligations and Pond Maintenance Obligations to be performed in such manner as is necessary to maintain the applicable aspects of the Easement Premises in a condition that is consistent with the Stormwater Agreement, all applicable laws (including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act) and in a condition otherwise consistent with a first class, mixed-use (with a luxury residential component) center located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Standard of Maintenance. All maintenance and repairs shall be completed in accordance with standard management practices of Arlington County and Arlington Public Schools in their respective areas.

Standard of Maintenance. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, the Tenant shall not be obliged to keep the Premises in a condition better than the condition it was kept prior to the Commencement Date.

The Borrowers shall at all times keep the Collateral Vessels in good running order and repair, so that the Collateral Vessels shall be, insofar as due diligence can make them so, tight, staunch, strong and well and sufficiently tackled, appareled, furnished, equipped and in every respect seaworthy and will keep the Collateral Vessels, or cause them to be kept, in such condition as will entitle them to maintain their Classification, free of any requirement or recommendation affecting class which has not been complied with in accordance with its terms and so as to avoid adverse notation. The Borrowers shall comply with all legislation of the Flag State and all other legislation, regulations and requirements of any government, governmental agency or other regulatory authority (statutory or otherwise) from time to time applicable to the Collateral Vessels. The Borrowers shall procure that all appropriate repairs to or replacements of any damaged, worn out or lost parts or equipment are carried out (both as regards workmanship and quality of materials) so as not to diminish the Classification or (without prejudice to Section 13.8(g) above) materially diminish the value of the Collateral Vessels. The Borrowers will not change the Classification Society of any Collateral Vessel without the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders.
Standard of Maintenance. The Giant Easement Area and the Pinnacle Easement Areas shall be maintained in a clean and attractive manner, free of litter and debris, in substantial conformance with other first class commercial developments in Maricopa County, Arizona. Maintenance of the Giant Easement Area and the Pinnacle Access Easement Area shall include keeping paved or otherwise artificially surfaced areas in good repair, striped as necessary, and reasonably free of potholes. Maintenance of the Pinnacle Landscape Easement Area shall include installing, planting, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, replacing shrubs and other landscaping as necessary, and repairing automatic sprinkler systems as necessary. Maintenance of the Pinnacle Signage Easement Area shall include installing, cleaning, maintaining, repairing and replacing signage located within the Pinnacle Signage Easement Area.
