Major Division definition

Major Division means an organizational group within the agency that focuses on meeting one (1) or more of the agency's primary statutory responsibilities.
Major Division means a division or business carried on as at the Termination Date by the Company or any Group Company which accounts for at least 20% of the Group’s revenues or 20% of the Group’s profits and with which the Executive was actively involved during the six month period to the Termination Date.
