Major Improvements definition

Major Improvements means the Authorized Improvements that confer special benefit to the entire District, and as further described in Section III.B. and depicted on Exhibit G-2 to the Service and Assessment Plan.
Major Improvements means those Authorized Improvements that confer a special benefit to all of the Assessed Property within the District, as further described in Section III.A. and depicted on Exhibit F‐1.
Major Improvements means, collectively, the Authorized Improvements described in Section III.B.

More Definitions of Major Improvements

Major Improvements mean the Authorized Improvements that benefit more than one Improvement Area in the District.
Major Improvements means Authorized Improvements which benefit all assessed property within the District and are described in Section III.B of the Service and Assessment Plan.
Major Improvements means those Authorized Improvements described in Section III.B that benefit all areas within the District.
Major Improvements means, collectively, the Initial Major Improvements and the Supplemental Major Improvements.
