Major Milestone definition

Major Milestone means any of the Contractor’s obligations to deliver the Articles and/or perform the Services, as set out in the Statement of Work or time schedule in the Contract and which have been designated by the Company and the Contractor as such.
Major Milestone shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.2(a).
Major Milestone or "Major Milestones" means, collectively and individually: (i) the First Milestone; (ii) the Procurement Contract Milestone; (iii) the Construction Commencement Milestone, and (iv) the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Notice of any delay for any reason in the construction of the Project beyond the Major Milestone Dates.

  • A failure by Acxiom to substantially conform to any such Major Milestone in accordance with the preceding sentence, as approved by D&B in writing in accordance with the Project Estimates Process, will entitle D&B, in addition to any other rights set forth in this Agreement or available to D&B in law or at equity for Acxiom’s breach of this Agreement, to exercise the remedies described in such SOW.

  • Acxiom shall achieve each Major Milestone by the applicable date set forth in the applicable SOW.

  • D&B may exercise the remedies provided in Section 12 of the Project Estimates Process provided in Attachment A-1 (Project Estimates Process) to Schedule A if Acxiom fails to successfully complete any Major Milestone for the work under this SOW within sixty (60) days following the scheduled completion date for such Major Milestone.

More Definitions of Major Milestone

Major Milestone means, with respect to each Additional Unit, the award of the first major equipment contract, such as the definitive, evaluated bid of either a nuclear steam supply system, or a contract of equivalent significance, for each such Additional Unit.
Major Milestone has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B, Section 013216, Article 105.1, Table 1-1. “Major Subcontractor” means a Subcontractor providing labor, services, and/or Contractor Supplied Materials and Equipment in relation to the Work under this Agreement that has a value of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) or more.
Major Milestone means a Critical Transition Milestone that carries with it a Critical Transition Milestone Credit, as identified in Schedule D-3 to the Contract.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Milestone Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Major Market Country means each of the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Initial Indication means the use of a Product for the treatment of opioid addiction.
