Major partition definition

Major partition means a partition of land which creates three lots or less within one calendar year and includes the creation of a road or street.
Major partition means a partition of land wherein one or more of the parcels created does not have direct frontage on an existing public road, excepting that partitions creating parcel, solely for the purpose of forest use, farm use or mining operations shall not be considered major partitions.
