Mandatory Early Redemption Amount definition

Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Pricing Supplement, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Date, an amount equal to theproduct of (i) the Mandatory Early Redemption Calculation Amount and (ii) the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Rate relating to that Mandatory Early Redemption Date.
Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means 100 per cent. of the Specified Denomination.
Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means the amount payable in respect of each Note as determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of this Annex;

Examples of Mandatory Early Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • If any Notes are redeemed early in accordance with the above, the amount received by the relevant holders will be limited to the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount irrespective of the price of the relevant Underlying(s) or any other reference factor(s) applicable to such Underlying(s).

  • Mandatory Early Redemption Amount: If, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Date, a Mandatory Early Redemption Barrier Event has occurred, the Securities will be redeemed on the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Date at an amount for each Security equal to the amount specified as the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount for the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Date in the table below.

  • Redemption of the Notes at their Mandatory Early Redemption Amount shall not constitute an Event of Default under Condition 9 ( Events of Default).

  • Upon payment of the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount in respect of a Security or such other amount, the Issuer shall have fully discharged its obligations in respect thereof.

  • The Contractual Amount upon redemption will be the Final Redemption Amount, the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount or, if a Note has been validly accelerated, the Early Redemption Amount, as defined in the respective Conditions.

  • Claims for payment of any amounts (other than Interest Amounts but including any Redemption Amount, Mandatory Early Redemption Amount or Early Redemption Amount) on the Securities will expire ten years after the date that the relevant payment is due.

  • If "Mandatory Early Redemption" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, then such Final Terms will specify what constitutes a "Mandatory Early Redemption Event" and, following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, the Notes will be redeemed on the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Payment Date and the relevant Mandatory Early Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms will become payable and no further amount shall be payable in respect of such Notes.


More Definitions of Mandatory Early Redemption Amount

Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Note, 100 per cent. of the Specified Denomination of such Note (plus, for the avoidance of doubt, the Interest Amount payable on the Interest Payment Date relating to such Mandatory Early Redemption Date in accordance with section 2 above (Interest Payment).
Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Mandatory Early Redemption Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Calculation Amount and
Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Note and each relevant Observation Date stated in the table above, the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount specified adjacent such Observation Date in the table above.
Mandatory Early Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Note, an amount in the Specified Currency equal to the fair market value of such Note (taking into account, where relevant, the Affected Fund) less the costs to the Issuer and / or any of its affiliates of unwinding any related hedging arrangements or transactions, all as determined by the Calculation Agent;

Related to Mandatory Early Redemption Amount

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency calculated by the Calculation Agent as the fair market value (calculated without taking into account the creditworthiness of the Company) of a Preference Share as of the Early Preference Share Valuation Date taking into account such factor(s) as the Calculation Agent determines appropriate, including, but not limited to, the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Event after deducting any Associated Costs (to the extent not already reflected in such fair market value).

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
