Manufacturer Specification Change Notice definition

Manufacturer Specification Change Notice. (MSCN) means a written agreement entered into by the Parties to the Agreement at the Seller’s initiative to change the Standard Technical Specification in accordance with Clause 2.
Manufacturer Specification Change Notice. (“MSCN”) means a written agreement drawn up between the parties to the Agreement at the Seller’s initiative to modify the Standard Technical Specification in accordance with Article 2. Members means each of the following entities: XXXX Airbus S.A., EADS Airbus GmbH, XXXX Construcciones Aeronauticas S.A. and Airbus UK Limited.
Manufacturer Specification Change Notice or “MSCN” means the document issued by the Seller in respect of a Manufacturer Development Change or a Regulatory Change in accordance with Clause 3.

Related to Manufacturer Specification Change Notice

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
