Development Change definition

Development Change means a change to the Specification or Aircraft implemented by Seller, as more fully described in Clause 3.2.
Development Change has the meaning set out in Schedule 6 [Changes, Minor Works and Innovation Proposals];
Development Change shall have the meaning described in Article 13.2.

  • The Procuring agency has allocated funds / received / applied for loan / grant / federal / provincial / local government funds from the source(s) indicated in the bidding data in various currencies towards the cost of the project / schemes specified in the bidding data and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan / grant / funds / will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which these bidding documents are issued.
