Manufacturing Fees definition

Manufacturing Fees or “COGs” means the costs of goods per tablet as set forth in the Alpex-Citius Agreement and as elaborated in Section 5.1 below.

  • The initial Manufacturing Fees to be paid by COMPANY to DPT are listed in Schedule A.

  • The parties shall estimate the Manufacturing Fees payable by Client in any Year based on the [ * ].


More Definitions of Manufacturing Fees

Manufacturing Fees means, for each kilogram of Product that is subject to an Order (defined in Section 4.5(a)), the dollar amount equal to the following: [***].
