Manufacturing Inventory definition

Manufacturing Inventory means Inventory classified on any Loan Party’s balance sheet as manufacturing inventory in accordance with GAAP.

  • Customer may, at its option, instruct Flextronics to ship, at Customer's expense, all or any portion of any Manufacturing Inventory or Special Inventory for which Customer has paid Flextronics to any location designated by Customer.

Manufacturing Inventory means and is limited to raw materials, goods in process and finished goods of a business primarily engaged in business activity classified as having a sector identifier, consisting of the first two digits of the six- digit North American Industry Classification System code number, of thirty-one, thirty-two or thirty-three.
