Market Reports means market reports, commentary, catalogues, circulars or literature.
Market Reports means the reports dated 28 January 1998 prepared by the Coba Group entitled "Market Assessment of The Derby Bicycle Group" addressed to, inter alios, the Company and the Facility Agent for itself and on behalf of the Banks.
