Master Drainage Study definition

Master Drainage Study means the comprehensive hydrologic and hydraulic study to be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to the recordation of the first Development Phase Final Map, including updates required by the City when changes to the conditionally approved study are proposed that must also be approved by the Director of Public Works.

More Definitions of Master Drainage Study

Master Drainage Study means a comprehensive hydrologic and hydraulic study prepared under the direction of and stamped by a Nevada-based professional engineer. The Master Drainage Study shall be prepared in accordance with the Clark County Regional Flood Control District (CCRFCD) Hydraulic Criteria and Drainage Design Manual. The engineer preparing such study and the assumptions and techniques for modeling storm water run-off and its impacts shall be approved by the City's Director of Public Works.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
