Master Security Agreement definition

Master Security Agreement means the agreement between the State, the Authority, the Company, the Agent and the Sponsors relating, among other things, to the priority of the Financiers' Securities and the Fixed and Floating Charge;
Master Security Agreement shall have the meaning provided thereto in Section 5 hereof.
Master Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed by Borrower and each Guarantor in favor of Agent for the ratable benefit of the Banks.

Master Security Agreement means a Master Security Agreement by the Company in favor of TDF and the Issuer in form and substance acceptable to TDF and creating a security interest under the UCC with respect to (i) any and all tangible and intangible personal property, including fixtures, purchased by the Company for use at or in connection with the Project which is now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company, (ii) any buses, limousines or other moving vehicles purchased by the Company for use at or in connection with the Project which is now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company, (iii) all accounts receivable now existing or hereafter obtained in connection with the Project, and (iv) all of the collateral assigned to TDF pursuant to the Assignment of Contracts, Assignment of Depository Accounts, Assignment of Depository Accounts (Capital Improvements), and Assignment of Rents.
