Master Sublease definition

Master Sublease. With respect to any Facility, any Commercial Occupancy Arrangement with respect to more than ten percent (10%) of the square footage within such Facility in the aggregate to any Person and/or its Affiliates, directly or indirectly, or through one or more step transactions or tiered transactions (including subleases or sub-subleases).

Master Sublease means the Master Sublease between Limited Brands (as sub-lessor) and Express (as sub-lessee), in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Examples of Master Sublease in a sentence

• Lessor’s consent shall not be required for any Occupancy Arrangement transaction that does not constitute a Master Sublease or for the engagement of the services of any Person for the management or operation of ten percent (10%) or less of the Leased Property and/or any Capital Additions of any Facility.

• District represents and warrants and Contractor acknowledges that: 1) the total amount of Sublease Payments and any optional Prepayment under the Master Sublease include the total rental for the Project, which total does not exceed the fair market value for the Project, 2) said rental amount is separate and distinct from Progress Payments and Retention, and 3) said rental amount shall be paid by the District with District non-local match contribution local funds.

• On August 1, 2011, RIOC entered into a Master Sublease Agreement with Hudson Related Retail LLC (HRR) to redevelop, improve, market, lease and professionally operate the Commercial Retail Spaces controlled by RIOC.

• Any Commercial Occupancy Arrangement (including any Master Sublease) or the engagement of any Person for the management or operation of all or any portion of the Leased Property shall be expressly subject and subordinate to all applicable terms and conditions of this Lease.

• The Sublessees, in turn, have assigned their interest under the Colorado Master Sublease to UCHealth Colorado Springs LLC and UCHealth Broomfield LLC, respectively.

More Definitions of Master Sublease

Master Sublease as used therein means the KCET Sublease. The rights under the Transmitter Site Lease provide sufficient access to the tower and other facilities for the Station which are located on the premises described in such lease without the need to obtain any other access rights. Seller has not received any notice that any of the Senior Leases are being terminated.

Master Sublease means this Master Sublease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto.

Master Sublease shall be substituted for the term "this lease", as the context shall require.
