Material Facility definition

Material Facility means any facility of the Partnership having a book value, as shown on the latest quarterly balance sheet of the Partnership, in excess of five percent (5%) of the net property, plant and equipment of the Partnership, as shown on the latest quarterly balance sheet of the Partnership, at the time of such determination.
Material Facility means a facility that has a customer certification including without limitation D1-9000.

More Definitions of Material Facility

Material Facility means (a) any Facility subject to any Mortgage, (b) any fee-owned Facility having a value in excess of $275,000, (c) any Facility leased, subleased or used by any Loan Party with respect to which the aggregate annual rent payments therefor exceed $330,000 and/or (d) any Facility that the Collateral Agent has determined is material to the business, operations, assets or financial condition of the Loan Parties.
Material Facility means the manufacturing facilities owned by the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors or the Canadian Subsidiary located in Huntsville, Ontario and Auburn, Maine or any replacement facility thereof.

Material Facility means as of any Initial Facility Funding Date, a Facility in respect of which the difference between (i) the Available Amount calculated and determined including such Facility and (ii) the Available Amount calculated and determined without reference to such Facility, is at least $7,500,000.
