Material Jurisdictions definition

Material Jurisdictions means the jurisdictions set out in Schedule 1.1(c) of the Disclosure Letter.
Material Jurisdictions means those jurisdictions specified in Section 1.1(q) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
