Materials and Supplies Inventory definition

Materials and Supplies Inventory means inventories of any site materials, supplies, equipment (including safety equipment), gases and other non-fixed assets for use in servicing the operations of the Trafigura Terminal Entities, the cost of which is greater than $2,500 per invoiced item.
Materials and Supplies Inventory means all materials and supplies of a Company as of the Closing Date that would be shown as a current asset on a balance sheet prepared in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied with the principles, practices, methodologies and policies used in the preparation of the audited financial statements of Golden Minerals.
Materials and Supplies Inventory is as defined in Part 101, Uniform System of Accounts for Public Utilities, of FERC’s regulations (18 C.F.R. Part 101 (2015)), as such may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
