Funding Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).
Booking Amount means 10% of the Total Consideration of the Apartment which includes the Application Money;
Maturity Amount means the amount due at maturity with respect to a Capital Appreciation Bond.
Minimum Funding Amount means, on any date of determination, the amount set forth in the table below: The date that is six months following the Effective Date December 20, 2018 60% of the Financing Commitment December 21, 2018 March 20, 2019 65% of the Financing Commitment March 21, 2019 Day prior to the last day of the Ramp-Up Period 75% of the Financing Commitment The last day of the Ramp-Up Period The last day of the Reinvestment Period 85% of the Financing Commitment
Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.
Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.
Excess Funding Amount means the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.
Maximum Offering Amount means have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.
Floating Amount means, for any Payment Date an amount equal to the floating amount payable by the Swap Counterparty to the Issuer for such date pursuant to the Interest Rate Swap.
Maximum Revolving Amount At any date as of which same is to be determined, the amount by which (x) $3,500,000 exceeds (y) the sum of (i) all then undrawn amounts of letters of credit issued by the Bank for the account of the Borrower plus (ii) all amounts then drawn on any such letter of credit which at said date shall not have been reimbursed to the Bank by the Borrower.
Closing Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.
Maximum Drawing Amount means at the time in question the sum of the maximum amounts which LC Issuer might then or thereafter be called upon to advance under all Letters of Credit which are then outstanding.
Minimum Borrowing Amount means (i) for Revolving Loans, $5,000,000, and (ii) for Swingline Loans, $1,000,000.
Dollar Equivalent Amount means (i) with respect to any amount of Alternate Currency on any day, the equivalent amount in Dollars of such amount of Alternate Currency as determined by the Administrative Agent using the applicable Exchange Rate on such day and (ii) with respect to any amount of Dollars, such amount.
Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
Face Amount means, when used with respect to this Security, the amount set forth on the face of this Security as its “Face Amount.”
U.S. Dollar Equivalent means, on any date of determination, (a) with respect to any amount in US Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent in US Dollars of such amount, determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 1.05 using the Exchange Rate with respect to such Alternative Currency at the time in effect under the provisions of such Section.
Additional Refinancing Amount means, in connection with the Incurrence of any Refinancing Indebtedness, the aggregate principal amount of additional Indebtedness, Disqualified Stock or Preferred Stock Incurred to pay accrued and unpaid interest, premiums (including tender premiums), expenses, defeasance costs and fees in respect thereof.
Undrawn Amount means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time and “Undrawn Amounts” means, at any time, the sum of all Undrawn Amounts at such time.
L/C Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate face amount of any issued and outstanding Letters of Credit and (ii) the unpaid amount of the Obligation of Reimbursement.
Aggregate Excess Funding Amount of a Non-Funding Lender shall be the aggregate amount of (A) all unpaid obligations owing by such Lender to the Agents, L/C Issuers and other Lenders under the Loan Documents, including such Lender’s share of all Revolving Loans, Letter of Credit Obligations, plus, without duplication, (B) all amounts of Letter of Credit Obligations of such Non-Funding Lender reallocated to other Lenders pursuant to subsection 1.11(e)(ii).
Ceiling Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.10(a).
