Maximum Cash Settlement Amount definition

Maximum Cash Settlement Amount means, in respect of each Credit Event relating to an Undetermined Reference Obligation, the maximum possible Cash Settlement Amount that could be payable under the Default Swap as a result of such Credit Event, as determined by the Swap Calculation Agent in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
