Maximum Invested Amount definition

Maximum Invested Amount means, with respect to each Series of Investor Notes, the amount, if any, specified in the related Indenture Supplement.

More Definitions of Maximum Invested Amount

Maximum Invested Amount means, as of any day, the lesser of (a) the Maximum Commitment Amount as of such day and (b) the Aggregate Receivables Amount as of such day minus the Series 2000-1 Required Subordinated Amount as of such day. The "Maximum Invested Amount" of the Initial Purchaser shall be the "Funding Base" for purposes of the Initial Purchaser's commercial paper program documents.
