Maximum Invested Amount definition

Maximum Invested Amount means, with respect to each Series of Investor Notes, the amount, if any, specified in the related Indenture Supplement.

Maximum Invested Amount means $200,000,000.

Maximum Invested Amount means, in the case of the Class A Loans, the Class A Maximum Invested Amount and in the case of the Class B Loans, the Class B Maximum Invested Amount.

• ABRCF agrees that on the Series 2015-3 Closing Date and on the date of any increase in the Series 2015-3 Maximum Invested Amount it will have capitalization in an amount equal to or greater than 3% of the sum of (x) the Series 2015-3 Maximum Invested Amount and (y) the invested amount of each other Series of Notes outstanding on such date.
